José Mateo Ballet Theatre presents a full day of dance—from hip hop to ballet to modern—including performances by more than 80 different dance groups, beginners dance classes and a parking lot dance party. “The Festival uses the power of dance to connect people to the important work being accomplished by social service agencies, environmental organizations, social justice activists and more,” according to a statement from José Mateo Ballet Theatre.
