The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts and Community Cooks have teamed up for a series of cooking classes to benefit Community Cooks, a network of volunteers who make home-cooked meals for people in need.
The classes feature celebrated chefs. Juliet‘s Chef Josh Lewin guided participants through making a cassoulet on Monday evening, from butchering four whole ducks to creating a flavorful toasted bread crumb topping.
Chef Susan Regis, formerly of Shepard, Pignoli, and Biba, and Chef Marcos Sanchez of Tasting Counter will lead the remaining two Community in the Kitchen classes. Tickets are $125. Check here for more information.
